Far East Sour
Recipe：Elderflower Syrup 10ml／Lemon Juice 10ml／Japanese Ginger 1slice、Green Tea Soda as needed
Steps：Crush Japanese Ginger softly in a shaker. Shke crushed Japanese Ginger, Elderflower syrup and Lemon Juice. Strain it into a glass with ice. Top with Green Tea Soda.
Recipe：Fennel seed 10ea／Orange juice 90ml／Orange oleo ssacharum syrup* 1tsp／Orange peel 1ea *Place orange peel in container, and cover with 100g sugar. Keep at room temperature for a day. Once sugar dissolves, strain mixture.
Steps：Crush fennel seeds in mortar. Add orange juice and let it rest for 1-2 hours. Put ice in glass, and pour in the mixture using strainer. Add syrup and top up with ginger ale, then mix. Garnish with orange peel.
Recipe：NEMA Gin 30ml／White Peach 1/２ea or Peach Puree／Grapefruit 15ml／Cold Brew Lavender Tea 10ml／Drop let's sweet violets 2drop
Steps：Put all the ingredients in a blender. Shake it with Boston Shaker. Pour it into a glass.
Recipe：Mango 85g／Kyoto Bancha 30ml／Orange Juice 15ml／Apple Juice 10ml／Fig Vinegar 1tsp／Lemon Juice 1tsp
Steps：Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Add Crushed Ice. Pour it into a glass and put Cracked Ice.

Recipe：Apple 1/4ea／Yogurt 30ml／Blend Tea 30ml(Sencha, Brown rice tea and Jasmine)／Apple Juice 40ml／Lemon Juice 7ml／Egg white 1ea
Steps：Put all the ingredients in a mixer. Shake it with a Boston Shaker. Double-strain it into a glass. Garnish with Apple and Lavender.
Recipe：Seedlip Grove 42 40ml／Fresh Lemon Juice 10ml／Lime 1/8ea／Elderflower Syrup 5ml／Sugar Syrup 10ml／Soda as needed
Steps：Shake all the ingredients (except Soda and Lime) and pour it into a glass. Twist and put Lime.
